Welcome to dance a happy Bollywood dance! In the elementary lessons, technique, expression and short choreographies are taught. The contents of the lessons are the same for a few weeks and are suitable for everyone, even if there is no previous dance experience in Indian dances or other dance genres. The level of the lesson is elementary and it is adapted to the level of the group if necessary. Long choreographies are not taught, but we focus on movement languages of different styles.

 

Bollywood dance originates from India's largest film industry. The dance is full of really big emotions and drama, as well as the language of movement and storytelling born in the circle of the Bollywood industry. Teacher Sanna Soni has been learning business language since 2015 under the guidance of teachers from India, Finland and Europe. Sanna dances herself in two performing Indian dance groups and has been teaching in the ranks of Åbolly since 2017.
